The endoscopic method makes several much smaller incisions along the hairline where an endoscopic device is inserted in order for the surgeon to find areas in need of extraction. In both cases excess skin and fat tissue are removed and muscle tissue is repositioned or moved before the surgeon lifts the skin of the forehead upward and encloses the incisions.
